Refund policy

At Antra, we craft every product with sacred intention and care. While we hope each product resonates deeply with you, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Our policy reflects our commitment to fairness, sustainability, and the empowerment of our community.  

1. Eligibility
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace your item promptly. 
- Scent or Product Dissatisfaction: Not vibing with your purchase? Request an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.  

2. Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact.  
- Perfumes (for hygiene reasons) are final sale unless damaged or defective.  

3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email antra.fem@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  
- Approval: Our Earth Guardians (customer care team) will respond within 24 hours with instructions.  
- Ship Back: Send the item to our Delhi studio using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  
- Inspection: We’ll review the returned item within 3–5 business days.  

4. Refunds
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Funds will return to your original payment method.  
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, except for damaged/defective items.  

5. Exchanges
- Prefer a different product? We’ll guide you through a seamless exchange process. Excludes final-sale items.  

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare/perfume products (unless defective).  
- Gift cards or discounted/final-sale items (marked clearly at purchase). 

7. Sustainability Note
We encourage you to reuse our biodegradable packaging for returns. Together, we honour the Earth while honouring your needs.  

8. Exceptions
Antra reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of misuse.
