Shipping policy

At Antra, all orders are hand-prepared with ritualistic attention to detail.

Processing: 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Customisation: Each product is infused with intention, so please allow us this time to honour your purchase. 

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery windows are: 
Delhi NCR: 7 days total (processing + shipping). 
Rest of India: 10–14 days total (processing + shipping).  

Note: These timelines are estimates. Factors like weather, carrier delays, or regional logistics may occasionally extend delivery.

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Track your packages' journey via our partnered carriers’ portals.
3. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances (monsoons, festivals, or remote locations) may cause delays. Rest assured, we’ll notify you promptly if disruptions arise.
4. Please Double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.
5. Orders returned due to non-collection will require reshipping fees.
